Parcel check-in is open:
To collect your parcels, the Freight service is open every day
from 6h00 to
- On Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
from 4h30 to 18h30
- On Tuesday, from 4h00 to 18h30
- On Saturday, Sunday and public holidays
from 4h30 to 13h30
Deposit time limit
2 hours prior
- Iceboxes must be watertight, properly
closed and show no
risk of leakage
- Dive tanks must be empty
- Adult bicycles must be wrapped in
cardboard, wheels taken
off and deflated
- Surfboards will be accepted if shorter
than 1.80m, and
according to available space
- Thermic engines must be emptied of fuel
- Fishing rods must be presented in rigid
- Spearfishing guns must have their arrow
- Someone wishing to send a package or
letter must be aged 18 or over.
- This person must present an original ID
with a photo.
- An AWB (Air Way Bill) is drafted. It
serves as transportation contract
and receipt. It can hold for one or more parcels if they are dropped
off at the same time and for the same recipient. Payment can be made
with cash or local bank check.
Your parcel will be loaded on the first possible flight according to
weight and volume availability. You can request that your parcel leaves
on a specific flight and our services will do their best to accommodate

holding zone accessible only to Air Tahiti staff.

We ask you to
please check the condition of your shipment before collecting it. In

provided, if it is accepted by Air Tahiti, the amount of compensation

Special conditions apply to these parcels according to the handling
procedures they require.
