tout au long de l annee, air tahiti apporte son soutien a differentes manifestations et evenements en polynesie francaise, preuve de son implication dans la vie economique, culturelle et sociale du pays. zoom sur quelques-unes de ces operations. throughout the year air tahiti gives its support to a variety of activities and events in french polynesia; this shows the company s involvement in the country s economic, cultural and social life. here is a glimpse of some of these happenings. sponsoring air tahiti © marc frogier celebration de la journee mondiale des droits de l enfant celebration of the international day of children s rights la convention internationale des droits de l enfant du 20 novembre 1989 reconnait et protege les droits essentiels des enfants du monde entier. les 20 ans de cette convention ont ete celebres cette annee. organisme public incontournable dans le domaine de la protection des mineurs en polynesie francaise, le fare tama hau a profite de cette date anniversaire pour sensibiliser une nouvelle fois la population polynesienne au respect des droits des enfants. en partenariat avec l epap (etablissement pour la prevention) et le soutien d air tahiti, il a organise une grande manifestation publique place to ata a papeete. aux ateliers, echanges culturels et animations ludiques a succede, en soiree, un grand concert. the unicef convention on the rights of children from the 20th november 1989 acknowledges and protects children s essential rights worldwide. the 20th anniversary of this convention was celebrated this year. fare tama hau, which is the main public office in the domain of children s protection in french polynesia, took advantage of this anniversary date to increase awareness of children s rights among the polynesian population. in partnership with epap ( etablissement pour la prevention or the establishment for prevention ) and with the support of air tahiti, a big public event was organized at the to ata square in papeete. during the daytime lively games, activities and cultural exchanges were on the program, and in the evening a big concert was held. 54 revue de bord n°65 / air tahiti / on-board magazine n°65
