Q : How to re-print my boarding card if I lose it?
A : You may print your boarding card again by re-opening the "pdf" file that you downloaded on your computer or received by e-mail. If you no longer have this file and need to re-print it, please go to your flight check-in counter, which opens from 1 hour to 20 or 30 minutes (depending of your destination) prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight.
Q : What should I do if some images on my boarding card are not visible?
A : Your boarding card must be entirely printed so that you can check-in. If part of the page does not print out, or if it prints on two pages, we recommend that you change the layout, adjust the margins to no more than 1cm, and print your page in portrait mode. If the problem persists, please go to your flight's check-in counter, which opens from 1 hour to 20 or 30 minutes (depending of your destination) prior the scheduled departure time of your flight, and ask our agents to print your boarding card for you.

You must have a printed boarding card and I.D. to go through security.
Q : What should I do if I don’t have a printer or if my printer is malfunctioning?
